Almond Biscotti

Crunchy and crispy


  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup roasted and chopped almonds
  • 2 large eggs


  • preheat oven at 350F or 175C
  • Make a dough mixing all the ingredients
  • Scrape the dough on kitchen board
  • Apply flour on the dough so that it doesn’t stick
  • Make longitudinal loaf of the dough and place it on baking sheet
  • Bake it for 30 minutes
  • Take out and cut it transversely and bake again for 8 minutes on each side
  • Cool the biscottis on a rack
  • Serve them with hot coco or coffee
