- Crunchy and crispy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup roasted and chopped almonds
- 2 large eggs
Procedure:
- preheat oven at 350F or 175C
- Make a dough mixing all the ingredients
- Scrape the dough on kitchen board
- Apply flour on the dough so that it doesn’t stick
- Make longitudinal loaf of the dough and place it on baking sheet
- Bake it for 30 minutes
- Take out and cut it transversely and bake again for 8 minutes on each side
- Cool the biscottis on a rack
- Serve them with hot coco or coffee
