Ingredients:
- 600 gms chicken boneless cut in the shape of fingers
- 4-6 dry red chillies soaked in vineger for 1/2 hour
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander and mint
- Salt to taste
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon black pepper coarsely ground
- 1/2 cup cornflour
For sauce:
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Coriander paste
- Black pepper crushed
Procedure:
- mix all the ingredients and leave it for 30 minutes
- If required all more conflour to sticky touch
- Deep fry the chicken
For sauce:
- mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Sprinkle black pepper from top
