Chicken Fingers



  • 600 gms chicken boneless cut in the shape of fingers
  • 4-6 dry red chillies soaked in vineger for 1/2 hour
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander and mint
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper coarsely ground
  • 1/2 cup cornflour

For sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander paste
  • Black pepper crushed


  • mix all the ingredients and leave it for 30 minutes
  • If required all more conflour to sticky touch
  • Deep fry the chicken

For sauce:

  • mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Sprinkle black pepper from top
