Bhapa DOi ( mango )


  • 1 cup hung unsour curd
  • 1 cup sweetened condense milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup mango pulp


  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Pour the mixture in a baking bowl cover it with cling film and maked some knife cuts
  • Put some water in a baking tray
  • Put the baking bowl on the tray
  • Steam it for 25-30 minutes
  • Check it in between
  • Then put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours 
  • Serve it with some fresh mango cuts
