Choco-heart cake

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms all purpose flour
  • 100 gms butter
  • 100 gms castor sugar
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 2-4 drops of vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbs of coco powder

To make glue:

3 tbs powder sugar and 2 tbs of milk to be mixed in gluey texture

Procedure:

  • Mix eggs,butter,sugar with hand mixture until frothy and light
  • Mix the flour,coco powder,baking powder and salt together 
  • Fold in the flour mixture in the egg mixture
  • Add the vanilla essence 
  • Pour them in the heart shaped mould and the remaing in to small cup cake moulds
  • Bake the heart mould at 180C for 30-35 minutes and the cup cakes for 8-10 minutes at 180C

With the heart cake glue the cup cakes and serve them to dear ones
