Ingredients:
- 100 gms all purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 70-80 gms castor sugar
- 2-3 drops of vanilla essence
- 50 gms softened butter
- 7-8 tbs strawberry jam
Procedure:
- Creme butter and sugar
- Whisk in egg and flour and essence
- Make a soft dough
- Keep in freezer for 10 minutes
- Make small walnut size ball
- Now roll out them not too thin
- Make small finger mark on top of every cookie and spoon in the jam
- Bake them at 180C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crisp
