Vegetable pancake


  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbs all purpose flour
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (onions,tomato,black olive,carrot,beans)
  • 1 green chilli
  • Black pepper and chilli flakes for sprinkling
  • Salt to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients except black pepper and chilli flakes
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Pour the mixture
  • Sprinkle black pepper and flakes from above and turn it
  • Fry it properly and serve with hot sauce
