Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tbs all purpose flour
- 2 tbs milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (onions,tomato,black olive,carrot,beans)
- 1 green chilli
- Black pepper and chilli flakes for sprinkling
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients except black pepper and chilli flakes
- Heat oil in pan
- Pour the mixture
- Sprinkle black pepper and flakes from above and turn it
- Fry it properly and serve with hot sauce
