Saucy chicken


  • 500 gms chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs black pepper freshly grounded
  • Mix sauce (1:1:1 ratio of tomato sauce,chilli sauce,soya sauce)
  • 2 tbs of vinegar
  • Oil to fry
  • 2 tbs ginger garlic
  • 2 large onions chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped


  • Fry the chicken with salt and pepper
  • In another pan heat oil
  • Fry onions until golden brown
  • Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste
  • Add the chicken and sauce mixture
  • Toss until blended

Serve them hot with fresh cream
