Shish touk kebab


  • 500 gms boneless chicken
  • 1 green capsicum diced
  • 1 red capsicum diced
  • 2 tbs barbeque sauce
  • 2 tbs chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tbs tobasco sauce
  • 3 tbs garlic paste
  • 2 tbs ginger paste
  • 2 onions cut into halves and cloves seperated
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs chilli flakes
  • 3 tbs heavily beaten curd


  • Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients
  • Take skewers
  • Arrange them like chicken then onion,then the bell peppers
  • Put them in oven for 10 minutes on each side at 200C

Serve them hot with lime wedges and chat masala
