Ingredients:
- 200gms yoghurt
- 1 large cucumber chopped deseeded
- 1 onion chopped
- Masala ( toss in very hot pan 1 tbs cumin,1 tbs coriander,2 red dry chillies and ground it)
- 3-4 curry leaves
- 1 green chilli
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 tbs mustard oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 1/2 tbs sugar
Procedure:
- Mix in bowl yoghurt with some water to get cream like consistency
- Mix the salt,sugar,vegetables in it
- Add the masala
- In a pan heat oil mustard oil
- Splatter the mustard seeds and curry leaves and chilli
- Pour this over the yoghurt mixture
- Sprinkle some more masala
- Cool it in refrigerator
Serve it cool with papad
