Ingredients:
- 100 gms unsalted butter
- 100 all purpose flour
- 100 gms of castor sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla essence
- 1 tbs of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbs of butter to be melted
Procedure:
- Cream the butter and sugar together
- Add the eggs one by one
- Beat them until light and fluffy
- In another bowl add the dry ingredients and seive them
- Add the vanilla essence to the egg mixture
- Fold in the flour
- Mix them with cut and fold procedure
- Bake it at 180C for 30-35 minutes
- Melt the butter and drizzle over the cake
- Its buttery and yummy
