Ingredients:
- 100 gms beaten yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2-3 curry leaves
- 1/2 tbs chopped ginger
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbs mustard oil
Procedure:
- In a pan add oil
- Add mustard and curry leaves
- Allow to splatter
- Add ginger,chilli,salt,red chilli
- Beat yoghurt in a bowl
- Now pour over the oil mixture
Serve with fritters and kebabs
