Dahi chutney


  • 100 gms beaten yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2-3 curry leaves
  • 1/2 tbs chopped ginger
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbs mustard oil


  • In a pan add oil
  • Add mustard and curry leaves 
  • Allow to splatter
  • Add ginger,chilli,salt,red chilli
  • Beat yoghurt in a bowl
  • Now pour over the oil mixture

    Serve with fritters and kebabs
