Ingredients:
- 500 gms of minced mutton/lamb
- 1/2 cup raw papaya paste
- 4 1/2 tbs roasted masala (2 tbs whole cumin,2 tbs whole coriander,1 star anise,1 stone flower,1 mace,grated nutmeg,2 tbs fennel,4 dry red chilli,2 cinnamon stick,3 cloves,2 small cardamom,1 large,1 tbs caraway seeds,1 tbs tailed pepper all are roasted and grounded)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbs of green chilli paste
- 20 gms cashew fried and ground to paste
- 10 gms kissmiss fried and ground to paste
- 2 large onions fried brown and ground to paste
- 2 tbs bengal gram powder
- 1/2 cup ghee/clarified butter
- Ghee/clarified butter to fry
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Marinate for 4-5 hours
- Make small kebab balls
- Shallow fry with ghee/clarified butter
Serve with dahi or yoghurt chutney
