Pate sandwitch

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms minced meat
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbs oregano
  • Salt to taste
  •  Brown breads to toast
  • Oil to fry

    Procedure:

    • Add oil to the pan
    • Add oregano and chopped onions
    • Fry them properly
    • Add ginger garlic paste green chillies
    • Add salt and minced meat
    • Cook properly 
    • Allow it to cool
    • Ground finely in mixer
    • Toast the bread
    • Spread the pate mixture

    It can also be spread on crackers,make sandwitches,spread on baguettes
