Chicken crispies


  • 300 gms chicken with bone
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbs red chilli paste
  • 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbs of gram flour
  • 2 tbs of cornflour
  • Oil to deep fry
  • 3 tbs vineger


  • Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients
  • Keep aside for 1-2 hours 
  • See if the batter is still sticky or add some more cornflour
  • Deep fry the chicken
  • Put them on kitchen towel

Serve with tomato sauce and lemon wedges
