Ingredients:
- 100 gms very well mashed cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 litre milk
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tbs cashew paste
Procedure:
- Mash the cottage cheese for 3-5 minutes,add 1 teaspoon sugar,flour,cardamom powder
- Divide into balls
- In pressure cooker add sugar,water bring to boil
- Add the balls
- Lid it on
- Bring 2 whistels
- Turn off the heat
- Don’t open for 1 hour
- Then take out the spongy dumplings
- Keep aside
- In another pan add 1 litre milk
- Bring to boil,reduce the milk to 1/3
- Add cashew paste
- 2 tbs sugar
- Now turn off the heat
- Add the dumplings
Serve it cool,you can add pista,saffron of your choice
