Pancakes for breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 150 gm/1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbs baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbs castor sugar
  • 2 tbs butter/ vegetable oil
  • Maple syrup
  • Butter

Procedure:

  • Mix the dry ingredients together
  • Seive them
  • In another bowl beat egg,milk,sugar,butter
  • Now mix flour mixture in cut and fold procedure
  • Allow it to rest covering with cling film for 20 minutes
  • Heat pan add oil or butter your choice
  • Add laddle full batter
  • Allow it to rise and see small bubbles from side
  • Flip it when brown
  • Make 2-3 
  • Keep one above another
  • Cut a cube of butter
  • Drizzle maple syrup from top

Serve it hot
