- Clean the dirt by paper towel
- Cut the mushrooms longitudinally or minced as per your choice
- Next its required to take the moisture out
- Add oil in a pan add mushrooms
- Coat it with evenly with oil
- Add pinch of salt
- Sizzling sound will come and its moisture will be released
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until liquid collected is evaporated
- Fry until it darkens
You can refrigetate it to use for at least 2 weeks or you can use other ingredients to cook your favorite item
