Tips on cooking mushrooms

  • Clean the dirt by paper towel
  • Cut  the mushrooms longitudinally or minced as per your choice
  • Next its required to take the moisture out
  • Add oil in a pan add mushrooms
  • Coat it with evenly with oil
  • Add pinch of salt
  • Sizzling sound will come and its moisture will be released
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes until liquid collected is evaporated
  • Fry until it darkens

    You can refrigetate it to use for at least 2 weeks or you can use other ingredients to cook your favorite item
