For pita:
Ingredients:
- 200 gm all purposs flour
- 1 tbs active yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil for brushing
Procedure:
- Take lukewarm water
- Add yeast,sugar cover it
- Wait until frothy
- Add to flour
- Knead properly
- Brush the dough
- Allow to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place
- Make balls out of it
- Roll out and prick it with fork
- Bake it in oven or pan
For kebabs:
Ingredients:
- 200 gms boneless chicken
- 2 tbs whisked yoghurt
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tbs kebab masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 green chilli chopped
- 1 thickly chopped onion
- 2 lemon wedges
- Chat masala for sprinkling
- Mayonnaise
Procedure:
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except mayonnaise,chat masala,onions,chillies,lemon
- Keep for 30 minutes
- Fry all the chicken with bit salt
- Take the pita
- Add mayonnaise
- Add chicken
- Add onions,chillies,chat
- Roll it
- Prick one toothpick so that the wrap doesn’t loosen
Serve it hot as snacks
