Lobster do piyaza

Ingredients:

  • 7-8 lobsters
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 onion paste
  • 2 tbs ginget garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs red chilli powder
  • 1 tbs coriander powder
  • 1 tbs cumin powder
  • 2 tbs fresh cream
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbs whole garam masala(cinnamon,cloves, cardamom)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2-3 slit green chillies
  • 1 chopped tomato

Procedure:

  • Fry the lobsters until golden brown with some salt and turmeric powder
  • In a pan add oil
  • Add bay leaf,garam masala
  • Add the chopped onions,ginget garlic paste until oil seperates
  • Add chopped tomato
  • Add onion paste fry well till oil seperates
  • Add all the spices
  • Add the fried lobsters
  • Add bit of water or the fried masala will get burnt
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes
  • Drizzle some ghee/clarified butter from top

Serve it with steamed rice and fir gravy add bit more water

Garnish with fresh cream
