Ingredients:
- 1 kg whole chicken
- 2 tbs yoghurt
- 2 tbs red chiilies paste
- 3 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 1 whole lime squeezed
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Marinate the slited chicken with all the spices
- Preheat oven at 180C
- Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes or until cooked
- Take it out and shred it
FOR STIR FRY:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled peas
- 7-8 mushrooms cut into pieces
- 2 large onions diced
- 1 large capsicum diced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 5-6 chopped garlics
Procedure:
- Add 2 tbs of butter
- Add the chopped garlics
- Add mushroom,onions,capsicum
- Stir fry at high heat
- Add the shredded chicken
- Add salt and pepper
Serve hot with garlic bread
