Ingredients:
- 1 large green coconut water seperated and mouth open wide
- 5-6 lobsters slightly fried with turmeric and salt
- 100 gms yoghurt
- 1 large onion paste
- 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 1 tomato pureed
- 1 tbs cumin powder
- 1 tbs coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tbs mustard paste
Procedure:
- Add oil in a pan
- Add onion paste,ginger garlic paste,tomato puree
- Fry until oil seperates
- Add all the spices,salt
- Add yoghurt
- Add mustard paste
- Fry until oil seperates
- Add the lobsters and coconut water
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Now put all the lobsters and gravy into the green coconut
- Microwave the total set up at 180C for 20-25 minutes
- Set aside for 5 minutes
Serve hot with steamed rice
