Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked cassava or sago
- 1/2 cup yellow lentil
- 1 small potato diced
- 1/3 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 boiled peas
- 1 small tomato chopped
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 1 tbs whole cumin
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
Procedure:
- Fry the potatoes
- Fry the lentils until aroma comes out without oil
- Add oil
- Add cumin to splatter
- Add tomatoes stir until melts
- Add potatoes,lentil stir and add water
- When half done add the cassava or sago
- Add water until everything boils
- Add salt,sugar to taste
- When done add peas,coriander,slit green chillies give 5-10 minutes standing time
Serve hot it is protein packed meal:)
