Ingredients:
- 2 bunch of mustard leaves chopped
- 1 tomato roughly chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 4-5 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1/2 inch ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 slit green chillies
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 1/2 tbs fresh cream
Procedure:
- Add oil to the pan
- Add garlic,ginger to splatter
- Add chopped onion
- Salt
- Tomatoes cook until softened and oil seperates
- Add the chopped mustard leaves
- Move your laddle until everything softens and oil seperates
- Add fresh cream
- Cook for more 5 minutes
- Allow it to cool
- Now blend them together
Serve it with roti/tortilla with blob of butter
