Egg chicken roll


  • 2 cups flour kneaded with pinch of salt and 2 tbs oil
  • Divided into 4 balls
  • 150gms boneless chicken marinated with salt and crushed black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped veggies (capsicum,tomatoes,green chillies)
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2-3 cloved of chopped garlic
  • 4 eggs


  • Roll out the balls made 
  • In a pan add oil
  • Add 1 whisked egg
  • On it add the rolled chapati
  • Give some time to cook
  • Cook it on both sides
  • Keep aside
  • In another pan add oil then garlic
  • When aroma comes out add onions and remaing veggies
  • Add the chicken 
  • Add salt,black pepper according to taste
  • Now fill each egg chapatis with this filling
  • Squeeze some lemon juice
  • Roll yout chapatis 

Serve it with any drink of your choice
