Ingredients:
- 100 gms plain flour sifted
- 1 cup orange juice
- 5-6 tbs orange zest
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2-3 drops orang essence
- 1 cup chopped walnut
- 125 gms white butter
- 3 eggs
Procedure:
- Creme butter and sugar until creamy
- Add eggs one by one until fluffy and airy
- Seive all the dry ingredients together
- Now add the juice,zest and essence to tge eggs
- Fold the eggs slowly to the flour
- Pour mixture in the baking dish
- Garnish with walnuts
- Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes at 180C
