Ingredients:
- 500 gms minced chicken which can be replaced by mutton mince
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 2 tbs bread crumbs
- 2 tbs ginger paste
- 2 1/2 tbs garlic paste
- 2 tbs freshly grounded black pepper powder
- 2 tbs red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 1/2 tbs gram flour
- 2 tbs freshlg ground masala(clove,cardamom,cinnamon,nutmeg,caraway seed all roasted in 1:1 ratio)
Procedure:
- Finely ground the chicken mince
- Add the ghee
- Add all the ingredients
- Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours for best result overnight
- Take some ghee in palm
- Make small balls and flatten it
- Brush ghee in a pan
- Fry the tunde kebabs until properly cooked
Enjoy the hot tunde kebab with green mint chutney or dahi chutney
