Tunde kebab

Ingredients:

  • 500 gms minced chicken which can be replaced by mutton mince
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 2 tbs bread crumbs
  • 2 tbs ginger paste
  • 2 1/2 tbs garlic paste 
  • 2 tbs freshly grounded black pepper powder
  • 2 tbs red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 1/2 tbs gram flour
  • 2 tbs freshlg ground masala(clove,cardamom,cinnamon,nutmeg,caraway seed all roasted in 1:1 ratio)

Procedure:

  • Finely ground the chicken mince
  • Add the ghee
  • Add all the ingredients
  • Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours for best result overnight
  • Take some ghee in palm
  • Make small balls and flatten it 
  • Brush ghee in a pan
  • Fry the tunde kebabs until properly cooked

Enjoy the hot tunde kebab with green mint chutney or dahi chutney
