Soyabean paratha


  • 1 cup boiled chopped soyabean
  • 1 potato boiled and mashed
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 tbs masala(1:1:1 ratio of cumin,coriander,red chilli roasted and grounded)
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup flour kneaded


  • Make balls out of kneaded flour
  • In a pan add some oil then add chopped onion,tomato,salt
  • Fry until soft add the remaining ingredients
  • Now keep the mixture aside
  • Flatten the balls in palm and make space for filling the mixture in the flour balls
  • Close the mouth and roll it out
  • Brush some oil in a pan 
  • Fry the paranthas

Serve with green chutney or sauce of your choice
