Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled chopped soyabean
- 1 potato boiled and mashed
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 tbs masala(1:1:1 ratio of cumin,coriander,red chilli roasted and grounded)
- 2 green chilli chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 cup flour kneaded
Procedure:
- Make balls out of kneaded flour
- In a pan add some oil then add chopped onion,tomato,salt
- Fry until soft add the remaining ingredients
- Now keep the mixture aside
- Flatten the balls in palm and make space for filling the mixture in the flour balls
- Close the mouth and roll it out
- Brush some oil in a pan
- Fry the paranthas
Serve with green chutney or sauce of your choice
