Mutton seekh kebab with roasted veggies and mint chutney

Hariyali kebab

Ingredients:

  • 500 gms boneless
  • 1 cup mint and coriander paste
  • 2 tbs beaten yoghurt
  • 2 tbs green chilli paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1:1:1 ratio cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala
  • 2 tbs ginger garlic paste

Procedure:

  • Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for at least 2 hours for best result overnight
  • Preheat the oven at 180C
  • Broil the marinated chicken for 15-20 minutes or until cooked

Mutton seekh kebab

Ingredients:

  • 500gms minced mutton
  • 50 gma fat
  • 4 tbs chopped mint
  • 4 tbs chopped coriander
  • 4 tbs chopped green chilles
  • 3 tbs ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbs in the ratio 1:1 put spices coriander powder,cumin powder,chat masala,garam masala
  • 1 tbs black salt
  • 3 tbs ghee
  • Ghee for basting

Procedure:

  • Blend the mutton keema with fat
  • Blend in all ingredients
  • Marinate the keema for at least 2 hours or leave it overnight for best result
  • Skew all the keemas in proper proportions onto the skewers
  • Broil it for 15-20 mintutes until cooked
