Floral cake

Ingredients

  • 100gm flour
  • 100gm butter
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp red gel food color
  • 3 tbs coco powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Process:

  • Preheat the oven 365 F
  • Creme the sugar and butter until fluffy
  • Add in eggs one by one
  • Add the vanilla essence
  • Seive in all the dry ingredients
  • Mix them by cut and fold method
  • Add the food color

Allow the cake to cool

For frosting:

  • 100gm creme cheese
  • 100 gm butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 drops lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Yellow gel food color
  • Blue gel food color
  • Red gel food color
  • Green gel food color
  • Chocolate fudge

Process:

  • Beat together cream cheese, butter, sugar, lemon juice,vanilla essence
  • Divide into 4 parts
  • Into 3 parts make 3 colors pink,yellow and sky

Assemble:

  • Cut the cake into 3 parts
  • Layer the base and top and sides with cream cheese frosting now allow it to chill
  • Now take it out from the refrigerator
  • Now make the rose shapes with rose tip nozzle
  • And round tips for drop shapes
  • Make petals with green color
  • And make few drops with chocolate fudge

Refrigerate it and cut after 1 hr
