Ingredients
- 100gm flour
- 100gm butter
- 100 gm sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp red gel food color
- 3 tbs coco powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Process:
- Preheat the oven 365 F
- Creme the sugar and butter until fluffy
- Add in eggs one by one
- Add the vanilla essence
- Seive in all the dry ingredients
- Mix them by cut and fold method
- Add the food color
Allow the cake to cool
For frosting:
- 100gm creme cheese
- 100 gm butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 drops lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Yellow gel food color
- Blue gel food color
- Red gel food color
- Green gel food color
- Chocolate fudge
Process:
- Beat together cream cheese, butter, sugar, lemon juice,vanilla essence
- Divide into 4 parts
- Into 3 parts make 3 colors pink,yellow and sky
Assemble:
- Cut the cake into 3 parts
- Layer the base and top and sides with cream cheese frosting now allow it to chill
- Now take it out from the refrigerator
- Now make the rose shapes with rose tip nozzle
- And round tips for drop shapes
- Make petals with green color
- And make few drops with chocolate fudge
Refrigerate it and cut after 1 hr
