One fine evening was thinking of making a quick snack for my family.So I sneaked through my refrigerator and found some button mushrooms and some fresh parsley.An idea 💡 clicked why not make some stuffed mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- 200gms button mushrooms
- 100gm grated cheese
- 1tsp mixed herbs
- Salt to taste
- 20gms chopped parsley
- Cornflour to make slurry
- Cracked peppers
- Breadcrumbs as required
Procedure:
- Clean the mushrooms
- Clean the stalk
- Keep them aside
- In a bowl mix the cheese, herbs, parsley, cracked peppers, salt
- Fill the mushrooms with the feeling
- Make a thick slurry with Cornflour and water, pinch of salt, cracked peppers
- Dip the mushrooms in the slurry and roll over on the breadcrumbs
- Allow the mushrooms to sit for 15 minutes in the refrigerator
- Deep fry the mushrooms serve hot
