Stuffed mushrooms 

One fine evening was thinking of making a quick snack for my family.So I sneaked through my refrigerator and found some button mushrooms and some fresh parsley.An idea 💡 clicked why not make some stuffed mushrooms.

Ingredients:

  • 200gms button mushrooms
  • 100gm grated cheese 
  • 1tsp mixed herbs
  • Salt to taste
  • 20gms chopped parsley
  • Cornflour to make slurry
  • Cracked peppers
  • Breadcrumbs as required 

Procedure:

  • Clean the mushrooms 
  • Clean the stalk
  • Keep them aside
  • In a bowl mix the cheese, herbs, parsley, cracked peppers, salt
  • Fill the mushrooms with the feeling
  • Make a thick slurry with Cornflour and water, pinch of salt, cracked peppers
  • Dip the mushrooms in the slurry and roll over on the breadcrumbs 
  • Allow the mushrooms to sit for 15 minutes in the refrigerator 
  • Deep fry the mushrooms serve hot
