This is a cheese cake which I made when there was no cream cheese in my Home.But I found some fresh curd or yoghurt in my fridge.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 cup finely ground cottage cheese
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 7-8 digestive biscuits
- 2 1/2 tbs soft butter
- 7-8tbs chocolate sauce for spreading
- Milk if required
Procedure:
- Grind the biscuits
- Mix them with softened butter until moist sandy texture is reached
- Take a springform pan
- Grease it with butter
- Now press the buscuit mixture at the base
- Refrigerate it for 15 minutes until set
- In a bowl take the sugar,curd,cottage cheese
- Beat it with electric beater and add little bit milk if required to reach silky and creamy texture
- Slowly pour over the biacuit mixture
- Pat it 2-3 times so that no air bubbles remain
- Refrigerate it for 1-2 hrs until set
- Take it from the pan
- Drizzle chocolate sauce over the cheesecake
P.s: Don’t freeze it
