Watermelon pana cotta

It’s a very yummy and easy dessert. It’s plus side you can use any fruit or no fruit, u can use any color or no color. By any means its delicious.


  • 200 ml milk (full fat)
  • 200 ml cream (full fat)
  • 3-4 tbs sugar
  • 1/2 tsp gelatin
  • 2 tbs cold water
  • Chopped watermelon


  • In a small bowl add the cold water and gelatin
  • Wait until it becomes spongy
  • Take a pan
  • Add in the milk and cream
  • Stir until fully blend
  • Add the sugar bring it to boil
  • Turn off the gas when milk thickened
  • When it comes to room temperature add the gelatin slowly
  • If the thickened milk is hot the gelatin will become stringy
  • Pour them in ramekins or glasses of your choice
  • Refrigerate them when comes to room temperature
  • Allow it to sit for at least 4-6 hours
  • When set add the watermelons
  • For best setting the time will be overnight

Serve chilled and enjoy fruity n fresh pana cotta
