It’s a very yummy and easy dessert. It’s plus side you can use any fruit or no fruit, u can use any color or no color. By any means its delicious.
Ingredients:
- 200 ml milk (full fat)
- 200 ml cream (full fat)
- 3-4 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp gelatin
- 2 tbs cold water
- Chopped watermelon
Procedure:
- In a small bowl add the cold water and gelatin
- Wait until it becomes spongy
- Take a pan
- Add in the milk and cream
- Stir until fully blend
- Add the sugar bring it to boil
- Turn off the gas when milk thickened
- When it comes to room temperature add the gelatin slowly
- If the thickened milk is hot the gelatin will become stringy
- Pour them in ramekins or glasses of your choice
- Refrigerate them when comes to room temperature
- Allow it to sit for at least 4-6 hours
- When set add the watermelons
- For best setting the time will be overnight
Serve chilled and enjoy fruity n fresh pana cotta
