It’s a great starter recipe for any kind of parties.The ingredients are so common that you don’t have to worry about making a list and go out to make this.

Ingredients:
- 1lb boneless skinless thigh
- 1/2 cup buttermilk( 3 tbs yoghurt,1/2 cup water, pinch of salt)
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs crushed black pepper
- 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbs all purpose flour
- 1/2 Oil to fry
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced Capsicum
- 3 chopped chillies
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tbs minced ginger
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbs tossed sesame
- 2 tbs Vinegar
Procedure:
- Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes with buttermilk,egg, salt, ginger garlic paste,crushed pepper
- Now dust it with flour and while nidind it you will get a sticky consistency
- Add more flour if sticky consistency is not reached
- Add oil
- And deep fry all the chicken
- In another wok add 2 tbs oil
- Add the chilli flakes, minced ginger ang garlic
- Add the capsicum
- Add the onion
- Toss it well now add the fried chicken toss it in high flame
- Add salt to taste
- Add the tossed sesame
- Add freshly crushed pepper
- And stop the heat and add 2 tbs Vinegar
