Chilli garlic pepper chicken

It’s a great starter recipe for any kind of parties.The ingredients are so common that you don’t have to worry about making a list and go out to make this.

Time: 25-30 minutes

Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1lb boneless skinless thigh
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk( 3 tbs yoghurt,1/2 cup water, pinch of salt)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbs all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Oil to fry
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced Capsicum
  • 3 chopped chillies
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tbs minced ginger
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbs tossed sesame
  • 2 tbs Vinegar

Procedure:

  • Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes with buttermilk,egg, salt, ginger garlic paste,crushed pepper

  • Now dust it with flour and while nidind it you will get a sticky consistency
  • Add more flour if sticky consistency is not reached
  • Add oil
  • And deep fry all the chicken
  • In another wok add 2 tbs oil
  • Add the chilli flakes, minced ginger ang garlic
  • Add the capsicum
  • Add the onion
  • Toss it well now add the fried chicken toss it in high flame
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add the tossed sesame
  • Add freshly crushed pepper
  • And stop the heat and add 2 tbs Vinegar
