Oreo car cake

I’m going to share a recipe of a very moist vanilla cake.It has a twist of Oreo crunch in it which makes it more special. My son has a special attraction for cars so thought of giving a shape like that😜😜😜

Type: dessert

Time: for baking (35 minutes) & Frosting (15 minutes)

Serve: 4


  • 80 gm all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • Green food color( optional)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 gm butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

For Frosting:

  • 100 gm butter (softened)
  • 80 gm creme cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugae
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 6 Oreo biscuits crushed without the cream( separate the creme)
  • 4 more Oreo biscuit for decoration (separate the creme)
  • Use the creme for Frosting


  • Creme the butter and sugar together until fluffy
  • Add in the eggs one by one
  • Seive in the flour
  • Add the vanilla essence
  • Add the baking powder
  • Add 3 drops of green food color
  • Preheat the oven to 360F
  • Take loaf pan for baking
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the skewer comes clean when inserted
  • Cool the cake for at least 2 hours
  • In a bowl add the creme cheese beat it with a beater until fluffy
  • Now add the butter and incorporate the sugar vanilla essence


  • Trim the cake to give a car like shape
  • Cut the cake into 2 layers
  • Now first spread the creme cheese Frosting
  • Add the crushed Oreo biscuit over it
  • Top it up with the other layer
  • Now spread the Frosting all over the cake
  • Add the 2 Oreo biscuit two each side to make the wheels of a car
  • Sprinkle some Oreo biscuit powder from top
