Chicken and prawns both are two lip smacking items. So I thought of combining this two together to a single item which will quickly dissappear from plate when put from wok. The cherry on top is the cheese which will add an extra zing to this appetiser.

Ingredients:
- 12 chicken fillets
- 2 tbs onion paste
- 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbs green chilli paste
- 3-4 tbs vineger
- 3 eggs beaten
- 200 gms prawn
- 7-8 strands of coriander
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 3-4 green chilli whole
- Salt to taste
- Bread crumbs
- Oil to deep fry
- Grated mozerella cheese
Procedure:
- Beat the chickens flat with chicken hammer
- Marinate the chicken with vineger,onion,chilli,ginger garlic paste
- Keep for 30 minutes
- In a mixer paste prawns,coriander,garlic cloves,green chillies,salt and one egg
- Take the fillets spread the prawn paste and add the grated mozzarella
- Roll it and secure it with a toothpick
- Refrigerate it for 1 hour
- Now take them out and pull out the toothpicks
- The chicken wraps will now hold its shape
- Dip then intge beaten eggs (2)
- Roll it over bread crumbs
- Double coat it by repeating the same procedure
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Deep fry it
- Grate some more cheese
Serve with mayonnaise or tomato sauce

Tips:
- You can skip the prwan and can just go with the cheese only
- You can also use mushrooms for the filling
