Type: sauce
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb green chillies
- 1 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 tbs chopped garlic
- 1 tsp whole cumin
- Salt to taste
- 40ml vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbs white oil
Procedure:
- Add 1 tbs oil to the pan
- Add the whole cumin
- Now add the ginger and the garlic
- Fry then well
- Add the green chillies
- Fry them well
- Now add the water
- Allow it to bowl
- When you see the chilies are soft then put them in a blender
- Add the vinegar and grind it
- Put your green chilli sauce in a sterilised glass bottle
- You can store this upto 1 month
