Homemade green chilli sauce

Type: sauce

Cooking time: 15 minutes


  • 1 1/2 lb green chillies
  • 1 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 tbs chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp whole cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 40ml vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbs white oil


  • Add 1 tbs oil to the pan
  • Add the whole cumin
  • Now add the ginger and the garlic
  • Fry then well
  • Add the green chillies
  • Fry them well
  • Now add the water
  • Allow it to bowl
  • When you see the chilies are soft then put them in a blender
  • Add the vinegar and grind it
  • Put your green chilli sauce in a sterilised glass bottle
  • You can store this upto 1 month
