Chicken burger

Make your own homemade burger today with this simple recipe. Homemade food is always way better than anything that comes from outside.

Ingredients:

  • 2 burger buns ( for recipe see my another blog)

  • 150gms minced chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Chopped green chhili acoording to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Mixed seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tomato slice
  • 2 onion slice
  • Grated cheese

Process:

  • Mix all the ingredients with the minced chicken
  • Chill for 20 minutes
  • Make 2 good proportionate balls out of it
  • In a flat pan add some butter
  • Then add the balls onto the pan and press them hard to give the shape of patty
  • Fry until brown color comes on both sides
  • Take it out in a plate top it up with some grated cheese so that it can melt with the heat
  • Slit open the burger buns into two halves
  • In one half spread some mayonnaise
  • Another half spread some tomato ketchup
  • Now add the patty onto the bun
  • Put one onion slice
  • Put one tomato slice
  • Add another half onto it
  • If you want you can add some more cheese slice to it

Your burgers are ready to eat
