Choco-lava cake

These little chocolate bombs are ultra light and surprisingly simple.This choco lava cake has two plus side one is its cakey outside and when you cut through it you get a warm liquidy chocolate flowing through it.


  • 150 gm chocolate( chopped)
  • 80 gm butter
  • 75 gm all purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbs castor sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • Preheat the oven to 375F
  • Now in a mug microwave the chopped chocolate and butter for 1 minute at high power
  • Allow it to cool
  • In another bowl whisk the eggs and now add the flour
  • Add the eggs and flour mixture to the chocolate( don’t add the chocolate to the eggs because chocolates are heavier and it will let your cakes sit)
  • Add the vanilla essence
  • Add in to butter greased ramekins
  • Bake it for 9-10 minutes
