These little chocolate bombs are ultra light and surprisingly simple.This choco lava cake has two plus side one is its cakey outside and when you cut through it you get a warm liquidy chocolate flowing through it.
Ingredients:
- 150 gm chocolate( chopped)
- 80 gm butter
- 75 gm all purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbs castor sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 375F
- Now in a mug microwave the chopped chocolate and butter for 1 minute at high power
- Allow it to cool
- In another bowl whisk the eggs and now add the flour
- Add the eggs and flour mixture to the chocolate( don’t add the chocolate to the eggs because chocolates are heavier and it will let your cakes sit)
- Add the vanilla essence
- Add in to butter greased ramekins
- Bake it for 9-10 minutes
