Ingredients:
- 5 breads with or without crust
- 1 cup chopped veggies (carrot, French beans, sweet corn)
- 2 tbs chopped onions
- 1 tsp chilli flskes
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 tbs flour and 1 tbs water to make slurry
- Oil to shallow fry
Procedure:
- In a pan add chilli flakes
- Now add the garlic sauté them and add the veggies
- Add some salt and black pepper
- Sauté them well and keep aside
- Take a bread and flatten it with a rolling pin
- Now add the veggies on between
- And add the cheese
- Dip your finger in the slurry and seal the ends and roll the bread again secure the ends with the slurry
- Nie shallow fry them until golden brown
- Serve with mayonnaise and tomato sauce
