Classic deviled eggs recipe || Quick and easy

Deviled eggs or devilled eggs, also known as stuffed eggs, Russian eggs, or dressed eggs, are hard boiled eggs that have been shelled, cut in half, and filled with a paste made from the egg yolks mixed with other ingredients such as Mayonnaise and mustard They are generally served cold as a side dish, appetiser often for holidays or parties.
Deviled eggs win as a healthy snacks or appetizer. They’re easy to make, only have a handful of ingredients and most people love them.

Deviled eggs are easy to make and are always a hit at gatherings.

What’s so “deviled” about deviled eggs? Just the little bit of spice from the paprika and either cayenne or Tabasco that you add to the filling.

But here I’ve added chipotle sauce to give a new twist to taste and flavour

Type: snacks, side dish, appetiser

Preparation time: 5-7 minutes

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

Serve : 6

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tbs Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbs chipotle sauce
  • Salt to taste tbs crushed black pepper
  • Spring onion for garnishing

Procedure:

  • Cut the eggs into halves
  • Scoop out the egg yolks
  • Now add the mayonnaise
  • Add the ketchup and the chipotle sauce
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add the crushed pepper
  • Now mash them into a smooth paste
  • Put the paste into a piping bag
  • Pipe your egg whites
  • Garnish with some spring onions and ketchup
  • It’s ready now
