Cheeseburst chicken balls||Crispy crunchy and cheesy

Super easy crispy chicken made into bite size balls with a centre of surprise ‘the cheese’. You can make it it as an appetiser in dinner parties, potlucks or picnics.

There isn’t much to it because crispy fried chicken to me is meant to be simple, comforting and delicious (and I guess sometimes shared 😛 )

Whenever you have a craving for some crispy fried chicken, mince some chicken and get ready with small batches

Type: Appetiser

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

Cooking time: 20-25 minutes


  • 2 lb minced chicken
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tbs chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbs chopped garlic
  • 1 tbs chopped ginger
  • 1 tbs oyester saucr
  • 1 tbs soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of mozarella cut into bite size cubes
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • In a pan add 2 tbs oil
  • Heat the pan and add 1 tbs garlic fry it and add the chopped ginger, chopped green chillies
  • Keep on stirring until aroma comes
  • Add the chopped onions fry until translucent
  • Add the chopped capsicum
  • Fry them
  • Add oyester sauce and soya sauce
  • Mix well and add some salt (remember you already added soya sauce)
  • Add the crushed black peppers
  • Now take this mixture and add on the minced chicken
  • Mix well and keep aside
  • Now take small doughs out of it
  • Make a dip in the centre and put a mozarella cube inside
  • Roll the ball on the flour
  • Then dip into the egg
  • And coat it with the breadcrumbs
  • Reapeat the process to make rest of the balls

  • Refrigerate them for at least 2 hours
  • Now take them out to fry
  • Fry them until golden brown
  • Drain the excess oil
  • Serve it with some sweet chilli sauce
