Chicken with burnt garlic recipe( an unique taste of fried chicken)

If you love the flavor of burnt garlic then this recipe is just what you need.

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4lb boneless chicken tenderloins( you can take boneless skinless thighs)
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 5-6 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbs crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbs green chilli sauce
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Greens from spring onion
  • 3 green chilli chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs white vinegar

Ingredients for marination:

  • The chicken cut into bite size pieces.
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs all purpose flour
  • 2 tbs Cornflour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbs crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbs soya sauce
  • 2 tbs white vinegar

Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours

Procedure:

  • Deep fry the chicken and take it out in a kitchen towel to saoj excess oil
  • Now in a pan add 1 1/2 tbs white oil
  • Add the chopped garlic
  • Fry until you get that aroma of garlic
  • Now take out half of the burnt garlic for garnishing
  • Add the chopped green onions and the chopped onions
  • And chopped spring onions
  • Add the green chilli and the green chilli sauce
  • Add the fried chicken and toss it at very high flame
  • Add the crushed black pepper and some salt and toss it again
  • Now add the remaining burnt garlic from top
  • Add some spring onion for garnishing
