Bread pizza

Every morning I wake up with a new challenge what to prepare for breakfast today, as my kids get easily bored with regular bread and butter.So I have to make something tasty but of course healthy😋

Ingredients:

  • 5 slices of brown bread
  • 1/2 cup homemade tomato sauce
  • Cream cheese to spread
  • 1/2 cup diced capsicum and tomato
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken marinated in vinegar and cracked pepper (or you can take left over chicken)
  • Grated cheese
  • Pizza mix for sprinkling
  • Butter to toast

Procedure:

  • Place the breads on a plate
  • Spread the tomato sauce
  • On that spread the cream cheese
  • Top it up with the veggies
  • Add the diced chicken
  • Sprinkle the pizza mix
  • Add the grated cheese onto it
  • Slightly toast the bread with butter
  • Microwave the breads for 1minute maximun

Serve hot

It is a nice snack for fussy kids:)
