Gobi manchurian recipe|| veg recipe|| ideally eaten with naan, pulao and rotis

Gobi Manchurian is a very popular dish from the Indo Chinese cuisine.

Gobi means cauliflower and Manchurian is a sweet, tangy sauce made of chilli sauce, ginger, garlic paste and vinegar.

It has a unique taste,of crispy outside and juicy inside. If it is fried properly then after adding to gravy the gobis will remain crisp.

It’s a very easy recipe which will need a maximum of 25-30 minutes of your time. Plus it is so tasty that when I first made it my kid have had mistaken it with chicken 😁😁😁

If guest comes without knocking you, don’t worry if you don’t have fish or chicken at your home,go in your kitchen and make ‘Gobi manchurian’.

“Another tip if someone wants it dry just don’t make the slurry then with 1 cup water, just use 1 tsp cornflour with 4 tsp water into the sauce mix that’s all.

Also if someone one wants cauliflower fritters you can also go with the same recipe just cut out the gravy part”
