Corn Fritters/ Corn pakoda is a vegetarian dish.It is cripsy and crunchy and it needs no onion, ginger or garlic. It tastes best with evening tea or coffee. It also taste great as a side dish while having hot daal chawal (rice and lentil soup) .
The key to perfect corn pakoda is to use corn kernels properly boiled. You use both fresh or frozen. Its best to grate the fresh corn, alternately use a knife to slice through the kernels. Very few ingredients go into this snack dish allowing the sweet natural flavor to stand out.
