Chicken Tikka Pizza|| Cheesy pizza with spicy chunky chicken tikka pieces

Pizza, is such a name which everybody is common in ordering. Kids to adults everybody loves pizza.

But always buying and eating food from outside is not always good.Kids become sometimes fussy about eating and become happy in the name of pizza. Why not we make pizza at home???

The most important part before baking a pizza is the pizza dough,in this blog you will get a 100% guaranteed perfect recipe of pizza dough.

We’ve tried variety of Pizzas with sausage,bacon, veggies,Alfredo sauce that we often eat right????

But this time we tried Pizza with Chicken Tikka on it… doesn’t that sounds great!!!

Let’s make Chicken Tikka Pizza…๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

Type- Pizza

Preparation time- 1 hour+1 hour for proofing

Cooking time- 12-14 minutes

Ok,before staring let’s soak 1, jalepeno cut into rings with 3 tbs vinegar

Ingredients for the pizza dough:

  • 1 3/4 all purpose flour
  • 2 tbs milk powder
  • 1/2 tbs sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tbs yeast
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Ingredients for garnishing the pizza:

  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • Soaked jalepenos in vinegar
  • Loads of mozzarella cheese (any cheese of your choice)๐Ÿ˜‰

Procedure for the pizza dough:

    • In a bowl add 3/4th tsp yeast, 1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tbs sugar and 2 tbs milk powder
    • Add 3/4th cup of lukewarm water
    • Stir and cover for 5-8 minutes
    • After 5-8 minutes add 1 tbs oil
    • Stir the liquid
    • Add the 3/4th cup all purpose flour
    • Start kneading
    • Knead until soft and flour leaves your palm
    • In the very bowl add 1 tsp olive oil
    • Add the dough apply some oil and cover and keep in a warm and dry place for 1 hour for proofing
    • After 1 hour knock out the air out again form it a ball apply some oil
    • Cover and keep it a warm and dry place for another 1 hour
    • After 1 hour knock out the air
    • In between prepare the pan, add 2 tbs of white oil and brush it
    • Spread the dough with your hand or with a rolling pin
    • Our recipe will firmt 12″-14″ pizza
    • Press the sides to give it a pan pizza look, and pick tg e middle so that it doesn’t rise form middle
    • In between the second proofing let’s make our chunky chicken tikka
  • Ingredients for the chicken tikka:
  • 200 gm boneless chicken cut into cubes
  • 1.5 tbs ginger garlic paste
  • Spice mix- 1 tsp crushed black pepper,1 tsp garam masala,1 tsp cumin powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs beaten yoghurt

Procedure for the chicken tikka:

  • In a pan add 2 tbs oil
  • After heating the oil add the chicken cubes
  • Fry them
  • Add the ginger garlic paste
  • Add the spice mix and coat the chicken well
  • Now add the beaten yoghurt
  • You can see that it has separated some oil and water
  • Keep on cooking until the water dries up
  • After it’s all dried up,keep it aside

Assembling The Chicken Tikka Pizza:

  • After the second proofing,knock out the air
  • Take out the dough into your station and knead it
  • Roll out the pizza dough
  • Brush your pizza pan with some oil
  • Place the pizza on the pan and press the edges
  • Prick some wholes with a fork
  • Spread some pizza sauce onto it
  • Add the mozzarella cheese,but don’t put it on the edges
  • Add capsicum, tomatoes,onions and jalepenos
  • Now add the chunky chicken tikka pieces and also add the oil it separated
  • Again add some cheese
  • Add some seasoning mix or you can add some herbs like oregano
  • Bake the pizza at a 475F preheated oven for 12-14 minutes and its done
  • Enjoy this pizza with Indian Tadka๐Ÿ˜Š
