Buffalo chicken wing,in the cuisine of The United States,is a unbreaded chicken wing section that is generally dipped or coated in a sauce consisting of a vinegar-basef cayenne pepper hot sauce and melted butter prior serving. The Buffalo wings were invented in 1964 at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo,New York by Teresa’s Bellissimo. They are traditionally served with celery sticks and carrots with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing for dipping. Locals refer to them merely as ‘wings’.
Chicken wings are juicy from inside and crunchy from outside. We’ve made a dry rub and a liquid marination which keeps the chicken more moisturised from inside.
This liquid marination is totally upto you, as it is my innovation and the result comes out just awesome.
But only dry rub and the oil also gives a crunchy texture.
This recipe is everyone’s favourite so is my families. But homemade chicken wings is always a better and healthy version.
Now this crispy chicken wings are tossed in homemade buffalo sauce. It’s tangy and hot and full of butter. Now it’s upto you what level of heat you like- it can be mild,hot and extreme hot.
In cocktail parties,get togethers or in weekend movie nights it is enjoyed to the fullest.

Cooking time- 15-20 minutes each batch

For the sauce;
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 4 tbs butter
- 1 cup hot sauce (any hot sauce of your choice-mild,hot, extremely hot)
- In a pan add 4 tbs butter and melt it
- Now add 1 cup hot sauce
- And mix
- If you want you can add some herbs
- Take the crispy chicken and pour the sauce from the sides
- And toss and coat the wings well with the sauce and its done
